Replacing your kitchen tap? AQUALEX takes care of it from beginning to end

Replacing your (old) kitchen tap with a multifunctional AQUALEX tap that provides filtered chilled, sparkling and hot water? No stress! You won’t have to hire a plumber or renovate your whole kitchen. Our AQUALEX professionals take care of the entire installation, from beginning to end.

Step 1: Removing the old faucet

First, we protect your floor and kitchen to ensure we leave everything spotless. Then, we disconnect the pipes from your existing faucet and dismantle the old faucet along with all its parts.

Step 2: Preparing the countertop and cabinet

Together, we determine the precise position of your new faucet, controls, and optional hand spray. If needed, we adjust the existing openings or drill an additional hole in the countertop. Our technicians have the right tools for the job.

Step 3: Positioning the components

A complete installation includes a faucet, water cooler, filter, control box, and CO2 cylinder. We carefully unpack these components and, in consultation with you, find the best spot in your kitchen cabinet to optimize the available space. If necessary (depending on the cabinet size and appliance type), we create additional ventilation holes at the bottom of the cabinet.

Step 4: Connecting everything

The components of your installation are securely mounted in the cabinet. We connect all the necessary pipes: from the faucet to the filter, from the filter to the cooler, and from the cooler to the control box. We make sure everything is neatly and efficiently arranged, avoiding any tangled pipes.

Step 5: Starting the system

Next, we connect the CO2 cylinder, purge the water cooler, start the system, and run some water through it. We double-check that everything is properly connected. Finally, we taste the water to ensure its quality.

Step 6: Follow-up

Once we’ve tidied up, we give you a comprehensive explanation of your new AQUALEX installation. We go over each component so you know exactly how to use your new faucet. We’ll also show you how to replace the CO2 cylinder – a simple task that some people find intimidating. Lastly, we’ll inform you about the next scheduled maintenance.

Step 7: Enjoy!

Just 45 more minutes of patience… Give the system time to chill your water properly. The cooler the water, the better it tastes. After that, you can enjoy refreshing sparkling water anytime you like.
