Your function

As a telephone ambassador, you hold a key position within the company. You contact businesses and pull out all the stops to convince them of the added value of our products and services: supplying water via water coolers and multifunctional taps. High-tech design devices that enhance their user comfort and reduce their ecological footprint.

  • You primarily call companies.
  • You assess their needs, present our products, answer their questions, and convince them of the added value of our services for their specific situation.
  • Your goal: to schedule an appointment for our account managers.
  • You work closely with the other Sales Development Representatives on the team and the sales team.
  • You report to the team leader.

Your profile

You are verbally strong and not afraid to speak your mind. Starting a conversation with people you don’t know doesn't intimidate you. On the contrary, it energizes you. And your ultimate thrill? Creating a connection with the person on the other end of the line and achieving your goal: scheduling an appointment for the salespeople.

  • You have a dynamic, positive personality.
  • You are a smooth talker, assertive, and quick-witted.
  • You understand others well and can quickly connect with them.
  • You possess strong perseverance.
  • You speak either Dutch or French fluently.
  • You are a team player who can work independently.
  • Experience as a Sales Development Representative, salesperson, call agent, or telemarketer is a plus.
