Mocktail Hibiscus Ice Tea
A refined floral peach iced tea, enriched with delicate citrus notes and still AQUALEX water. The subtle sweetness of peach with a hint of citrus creates a refreshing and complex taste experience. This elegant mocktail is stylishly finished with a slice of dried blood orange.
Ingredients
For 1 glass (25cl)
- 15 ml Monin Peach Ice Tea
- 10 ml Monin Hibiscus
- 125 ml AQUALEX still water
- Dried blood orange slice
- Ice cubes
For 1 bottle (75cl)
- 75 ml Monin Peach Ice Tea
- 50 ml Monin Hibiscus
- 625 ml AQUALEX still water
- Dried blood orange slice
- Ice cubes
Preparation
- Fill a tumbler glass with ice cubes
- Add the Monin Peach Ice Tea and Monin Hibiscus
- Top up with cold still water from the AQUALEX tap
- Stir well with a bar spoon
- Garnish with a dried blood orange slice

Hannes Desmedt is a sommelier by training, and through his love for fine wines and passion for food pairing, he developed a fondness for gastronomic cocktails. Hannes taught himself "the art of mixology" and applied it to develop alcohol-free food pairings at the three-star restaurant Hertog Jan in Zedelgem. After several years in top Belgian gastronomy, Hannes started his own consulting company, Wine Blend. Through his participation in several prestigious competitions and winning the Copa Jerez & Campari Negroni Competition, he quickly became an established figure in the bartender community. Hannes now specializes primarily in alcohol-free & low-alcohol cocktail catering/workshops and teaches low-no cocktails at the Contemporary Flemish Wine Institute/Syntra West for the hospitality industry.
